From the recording The Silenced

The Silenced was inspired by the sight of a child standing alone in the rain at night.

It explores how society often creates the very shadows it fears, and how beneath our differences we are all fighting the same storm — searching for light in a world filled with adversity.

Lyrics

A lighting stroke to show the way
Reveal all the shadows in my head
Darling i swear could see it all so clear
These streets are ruled by desire
No room for innocence
Some people play some survive
You better not be the prey
I could scream at the top for everyone to hear
But how could you know what’s real
And who decides
When it’s time to make a change
Who can say you could do it better and
Who would stand on the wild side of the game
When everybody falls
Rolling in the night
Surrounded by the wolves
We don’t know where to go
To see the light again
Rolling in the night
Be careful who you trust
We don’t know where to go
we’re searching for a way
The way back home
The city is filled by the silenced
There are things no one tells
Everyone knows all the answers
Are too heavy to bear
You better testify before you sin again
Tomorrow the show could end
Who believes they know the way out of the maze
Through this war that never stops and never ends
Who will stand when the words are turning red
And everybody falls
Rolling in the night
Surrounded by the wolves
We don’t know where to go
To see the light again
Rolling in the night
Be careful who you trust
We don’t know where to go
We are searching for a way
The way back
A lighting stroke to show the way
Reveal all the shadows in my head
Darling, I swear could see it all so clear
Everybody falls, rolling in the
